Details: Please read entire posting before making an offer or comment.My dad and I are selling our truck we´ve been building over the years and just no longer have the funds to finish it. It´s a 1978 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4, 3´´ Body lift, 4´´ suspension, 35´´ tires with rare aluminum slot deep dish wheels 15x10, cap (ok condition could use some repairs or replaced). The motor was a factory 350 small block but since has had a lot of work done. It´s been bored .060 over, stainless steel crank, rods were heated pressed and honed, all new rings bearings and seals, Edelbrock Aluminum performer series heads, 600 cc performer series 4 barrel carb, performer series hyd. cam and lifters, performer series aluminum intake manifold, comp cams stamped rockers, new pushrods, harmonic balancer, fuel filter, oil pump and pickup, power steering pump, hedman longtube headers, flowmaster 40 series and rebuilt distributor. Was run with Royal Purple break in oil and has been ran with royal purple 5w 20 oil and has maybe 5,000 miles on it since rebuild. Motor runs excellent and is very strong, and has a ton of power!! Its bolted up to a muncie 4 speed with a brand new heavy duty clutch. Have receipts for the everything.The body is in decent condition it does need some TLC in some areas and could use a respray. It has grille mounted fogs and rear mounted fogs, custom made heavy duty bumpers made of 1/4´´ wall pipe. Interior was just insulated, rubber floor mat, bench seat, and cd player. Exhaust is dual 3´´ from collector back with no cats. New pro comp 9000 shocks, extended stainless steel brake lines.All in all this is a very solid truck with a ton of potential. It has a lot of time and money invested in it and it kills me having to put this up for sale. Would like to find this a good home too someone that knows what they have and will appreciate it and take the time to finish the body work and other odds and ends.We are asking $4,000 and will consider any reasonable offer made.
