It has never let me down since I put the new motor in. I don´t use it much anymore and really just can´t afford the gas. The new motor was put in May of 2011 and I´ve put 2k miles on since then. Motor was rebuilt with 5k on it when I swapped it in. It runs great and shifts good except sometimes when it´s really cold out before it warms up the torque converter locks/unlocks at highway speeds and light throttle(pretty common for the 4L60E). It has a check engine light for cylinder 8 misfire which is because of the injector assembly, the upgrade kit for the MPFI is $270 from rockauto.com. It does NOT misfire while driving, it´s throwing extra fuel at cyl8 at idle and that´s when the light comes up. The steering is iffy with the tires, fronts are bias ply...at 35-40mph the wheel shakes until the tires warm up. Does fine at 65-70. Inspection is due in a few months, I can get it inspected before it´s sold since it´s exempt(only put 2k miles on it since last year). Details: I have for sale a 2001 glacier white Yukon Denali it has 150,xxx miles on it, it is in great shape, runs perfect with NO mechanical problems. i bought it 2 years ago and have had no major problems with it even till this day, it has been stored inside a temp controlled shop since i have owned it when i don´t drive it and as of recently i have only been driving it once every couple of weeks. i have recently decided to try and relieve my self of some of my debt and the car payment for this truck isn´t helping me so as sad as i am to sell it, it is something i have to do here is some info on the truck.GOODfully loaded power everythingheated front seats and rear seatsvery clean paint for the yearlowered 3inches in the rear and 3inches in the front with a Mcgaughys full lowering kit24inch KMC chrome rims and tirespioneer double din touch screen nav head unitipod connect cable in glove box (charges as well as plays)bluetooth w/ hands freea single JL audio 12W7 subwoofer in a ported boxalso a JL audio 500/1 amp(system was installed professionally at a shop)new brakes all around (only about 5oo miles on them)new calipers all around (replaced last year)fresh oil change good inspection (done in January)battery and alternator replaced within the year.BADsome little dings and scratches on exterior nothing major some cosmetic wear on the interior such as the drivers and passenger seatsa few little stains on the carpet in back of the truck just mainly little cosmetic wear and tear from over the years.shoot me and e-mail for more pics if you are a serious buyer we can exchange numbers and meet up to look over the truck.
